AMISOM expands in Mogadishu
MOGADISHU (Keydmedia.net)-African union peacekeeping forces in the capital, Mogadishu are expanding their military positions, reports said.
AMINSOM have made military positions in Bondhere, Shangani, and Dharkenlay districts of Benadir region consecutive times and it had made its last military base in Dharkenlay district yesterday afternoon, in particular Hoosh Junction.
Internally displaced people in Kah-Shiqal camps South Pole of Dharkenlay district are very much worried about the new military base of AMINSON and suffered that those forces would cause traffic problems.
Military bases of African union peacekeeping forces are always attacked and an exchange of fire might take place that could cause death and injuries which came to the people around those zones, inhabitant said.
