Who would be the next TFG prime minister and what his personality is?!

Before we fall into the above query about the next prime minister and his personality and qualifications which are required to be considering in choosing high qualified individual who can change the situation than this one, but what did T.F.G prime minister happen and why do they leave office with conflicts between them and their presidents?

This is very important to remember because when we look back the transitional federal government headed by Dr. Abdukasim Salad Hassan in 2000, it happened that the  first prime minister Dr. Ali Khalif Galayr was dismissed being in abroad for some conflicts between the prime minister and that president.

President Abdukasim Salad fired Dr. Ali Khalif Galeyr, the prime minister of transitional federal government which was built in Djabuti early 2000 and he nominated that position to Hassan Abshir Farah who became the second prime minister of that government.

Long peace talks which were held for almost Somali warlords and other Somali communities based on clans and what is called 4.5 in Eldoret, Mbagathi of Kenya, neighboring country which T.F.G headed by former president Abdulahi Yusuf Ahmed was set up late in 2004.

President Abdulahi Yusuf Amed named the first minister of his government Prof. Ali Mohamed Ghedi and their government relocated in Jowhar of middle Shabelle where the district commissioner of that region welcomed the new government there although Mogadishu were under control of warlords those were not satisfied with the leadership of President Abdulahi Yusuf.

However top officials of that government such Prime Minister Ali Mohamed Gedi and President Abdullahi Yusuf Ahmed disputed about political issues and corruptions, then finally the prime minister, Mr. Ghedi resigned and left office after the Ethiopian government interfered their rifts.

President Yusuf appointed the second prime minister Nor Hassan Hussein who lately left that position as the current T.F.G was built in Djabuti again after ARS which Sharif was heading and former government headed by President Yusuf joined and Sheikh Sharif was elected to be the next president.

Sharif Sheikh Ahmed, the T.F.G president nominated Dr. Omar A/Rashid Ali Sharma’arke as the new prime minister on still running government, but as learned from past heads, they disputed over new draft constitution which was written by what is called an independent committee.

Their bitter differences ended in this month September after Omar A/Rashid resigned and left office as the international community put him on pressure to do that because Somali heads could not possible solve their differences with out foreign interference.

The president of the interim government Sheikh Sharif  Sh. Ahmed is being waited from and he is supposed to appoint the next prime mister now and the discussions of whole Somalis where ever they are, became who the next prime would be and what his personality is.

The selection of the prime minister is not independent of President Sheikh Sharif Sh. Ahmed alone, but the international community, the US and EU as the lessons of past taught us.

Considering clan individuals are among top conditions as the government was based on what is called 4.5 which is very shame according to good governance and administration which requires hard task based on better knowledge, experience and well qualified figure having good personality.

The next prime minister will start the wheel form zero level, but will not go ahead on going functions and would face heavy fighting between the government backed by the African union peacekeeping forces and the Islamist militias who control most of southern and central Somali while the government controls the way that links Mogadishu international airport to the presidential palace, Vila-Somalia and less than six districts in Benadir region.

There are calls from Somali elders, intellectuals, in and out the country to president Sharif to think of carefully the nomination of the new prime minister and appoint only after consulting with political experts who are very much concerned about worst conditions of Somali would like their unity.

I read your article on Foreign Policy with keen eyes and interest. While whining from public officials does not deserve response from any sensible citizen of the Republic of Somalia, I felt compelled to counter false narrative with more objective analysis.
