MOGADISHU, Somalia - The government of Djibouti has once again reiterated its refutation of the allegation that it intervened in the Somalia internal following the accusation of the country’s Information Minister, Osman Dubbe in which he blamed the neighboring nation for indirect engagement in the decision reached by the AU.

Ridwan Abdullahi Bahdon, Djibouti’s Information Minister expressed his concern over the remarks of his counterpart calling inappropriate and disgraceful that undermine the dignity and the historically close built relationship between the two brotherly nations.

“We have stood up for Somalia and that is what we held to pledge our loyalty and sacrificial offerings – we owed much to this nation which we helped once gain claim to regain its sitting in UN after years of anarchy and disagreement,” he said.
