Explosion kills and injures pro-government militias in Mogadishu

The blast which occurred on Monday came after pro-government militias with AMISOM advanced to Alshabaab defense bases in Hodon district.

The blast is thought to be remote controlled explosives. No one claimed the responsibility of the explosion.

The reports from the place which the militias were targeted say that Ahlusunna commander in Hodon, Omar Mo’alin Nor, was injured in the accident.

All the injured militias, including serious were rushed to hospitals so as to treat.

The report added that Abdi Karim known as  (Dhega Badan) the commander of Somali military forces, was at the position, but no one knows if he was injured or not.
