Somali PM resigns

Mogadishu (Keydmedia) - Somali prime minister, Mohamed Abdullah Mohamed resigned from his post after he faced extreme pressure from Ugandan government, which sees the prim minister as a person who is not intend to fulfill the needs of Uganda in Somalia.

In a press conference, Mohamed Abdullah Mohamed announced he resigned after he viewed Somali political situation.

PM vowed he wants to stay Somalia so as to take part struggles of getting power Somali government, and he underlined he will assist coming cabinet.

Ugandan government which more troops working as peacekeepers stay in Somalia had pushed Mohamed Abdullah Mohamed to step down.

Somali president, Sheikh Sharif Sheikh Ahmed, spoke to media after the resignation of the PM and confirmed that deputy PM, Abdi Weli Mohammed, will be acting premier till the next prime minister is named.
