Somali Presidential Election Commission distributes 26 applications

Mogadishu (KON) - The Somali Presidential Election Commission has given applications to 26 presidential candidates, commission spokesman Osman Libah Ibrahim told UN-funded Radio Bar-Kulan on Tuesday (September 4th).
