Somalia challenges Kenya over oil blocks

NAIROBI (Keydmedia) - Somalia's government accused Kenya on Friday of awarding offshore oil and gas exploration blocks illegally to multinationals Total and Eni because the concessions lie in waters claimed by Somalia.
