Shabab arrests a number of people in Mogadishu western suburb

Residents in the area confirmed to keydmedia that the detained people mainly teenagers have already refused to support Al-shabab view of radicalism.

“The arrested people have been seized in several places, some of them were seized in restaurants, some of them walking in the streets, some of them have been picked up in their homes,” one of the residents of Elasha confirmed.

“All of them are anti-Shbabab people, they refused to support Shabab ideology,” he added.

The seized people are reportedly jailed between Arbiska and Elasha biyaha residents.
